Our skincare products are classified as cosmetic products under Philippine FDA regulations and the ASEAN Cosmetic Directive. All products listed on this Site:
- Are notified with the Philippine FDA under the Cosmetic Product Notification scheme
- Comply with ASEAN cosmetic ingredient and labeling requirements
- Are manufactured in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards

2.2. Product Claims

Orders and Pricing

All prices on this Site are in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors and reserve the right to cancel orders arising from such errors.
4.3. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- GCash
- Maya
- Credit/Debit Cards (via PayMongo)
For prepaid orders (GCash, Maya, Credit/Debit Cards), payment must be completed at the time of checkout. For COD orders, payment must be made in full to the courier upon delivery. Refusal to pay for COD orders without a valid reason may result in restrictions from future purchases.
Shipping and Delivery
- We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days.
- Standard delivery times vary by location (typically 2-5 days for Metro Manila, 3-8 days for provincial areas).
- Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or public holidays.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We accept returns and issue refunds ONLY for products that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect (wrong item delivered).
We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or wrong product selected
- Products that have been opened or used
- Reactions or allergies (please check ingredients before use)
To request a return/refund, you must:
- Contact us at hello@tryluxi.ph within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method or bank transfer.

Warranties
7.1. Express Warranties
We warrant that all products sold on this Site are authentic, legally imported/distributed, and comply with applicable Philippine cosmetic regulations.
