Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Need it faster? Same-day or rush shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee. Message us before placing your order to check availability and rates.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier volume, weather conditions, or holidays. We'll keep you updated via email and SMS if there are any delays.

Courier Partners

We ship through trusted logistics partners including LBC, J&T Express, GoGo Express, Ninja Van, and SPX. The specific courier for your order depends on your location and availability.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this number to track your delivery directly with the courier.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available nationwide. Here's how it works:

Before Shipping

  • We will call or text you to verify your order and delivery details before we ship.
  • Please make sure your phone number is correct and reachable.
  • If we cannot reach you within 2 attempts, your order may be delayed or cancelled.

During Delivery

  • Have the exact payment amount ready when your courier arrives.
  • Make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the package.
  • If you won't be home on the expected delivery date, coordinate directly with the courier for rescheduling.

Failed Deliveries

  • A ₱100 failed delivery fee may be applied for undelivered COD orders (e.g., no one available to receive, refused on arrival, unreachable phone number).
  • Couriers will typically attempt 1-2 deliveries before returning the package to us.
  • If your package is returned to us due to a failed delivery, please contact us to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Repeated Failed Deliveries

We understand that things happen — but if orders repeatedly fail to be delivered, we reserve the right to require prepayment for future orders or temporarily restrict COD availability on your account. This helps us keep COD available for everyone.
